Your tasks

You will support the team of “Group Certified and Continuous Innovation” shaping the culture of DHL Group. We aim to provide our colleagues world-wide with offers that drive our leadership culture and boost employee engagement. Specifically, we offer a variety of learning formats e.g. classroom trainings, eLearnings, applications and foster best-practice sharing and network across the group.

You will be part of a project team involved in the improvement of the “Elemental Escapes Game” which is a digital learning solution in 22 languages to strength our leadership culture along our 4 leadership dimensions Head, Heart, Guts and Bite. Further you will support the team in enhancing our X-BU Certified Dashboard which is used to steer our cross-divisional certified programs by using data, with the help of program specific KPIs and in collaboration with all divisions on global level. Further you will get the opportunity to contribute to a wide range of multiple communication activities and take over selected tasks on concept development in other projects with focus on learning and development. As part of your internship, you will work closely with various departments and business partners and gain interesting insights into the work of the various divisions of DHL Group.
