Your tasks
You will support the global Diversity, Equity, Inclusion & Belonging (DEIB) team in the development and implementation of DEIB initiatives and projects. With your expertise, you will contribute to promoting an inclusive culture and ensuring that DEIB principles are integrated into various aspects of the organization. Furthermore, you will assist in the analysis, monitoring, and reporting of DEIB metrics to drive continuous improvement within the Group.
- Supporting the development and execution of DEIB program initiatives and projects
- Assisting in the monitoring and reporting of DEIB project progress and outcomes
- Conducting research and analysis on DEIB best practices and trends
- Collaborating with various teams to integrate DEIB principles into their processes and policies
- Supporting the preparation of presentations and reports for management
- Participating in workshops and training sessions on DEIB topics
Anforderungen
Your profile
- Compulsory internship/voluntary internship in the Bachelor's programme, gap year or current Master's programme in the fields of social sciences, human resources, business administration, or a comparable degree program
- Strong interest in diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging topics
- Very good written and spoken German and English
- Good MS Office skills (especially Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
- Analytical strength and ability to interpret data and metrics
- Reliable team player, creativity, initiative, and a precise and reliable way of working
