Intern (m/f/x) in the Investor Relations department

Your tasks
- Main areas of activity
- Support in communicating with investors:
- Preparation of presentations, reports and other materials
- Responding to enquiries and supporting investor relations.
Preparation and organisation of the Annual General Meeting:
- Assisting with the preparation of invitations, documents and presentation materials.
- Coordinating logistics and communication around the event.
- Assisting in answering shareholder questions and preparing the minutes.
Support with social media and digital presence:
- Implementing social media strategies for the Investor Relations department.
- Monitoring and analysing the performance of social media activities and deriving suggestions for improvement
You will support exciting projects in the area of communication with retail investors and digitalisation in the Investor Relations department at DHL Group. Through your active participation, you will gain insights into the capital market communication of our multinational group and into the assessment and processing of complex issues. You will expand your knowledge through practical experience in creating and supporting our dialogue with the capital markets and get to know all processes in the area of Institutional Investor Relations first-hand.
Anforderungen
Your profile
- Compulsory internship/voluntary internship during your Bachelor's degree, gap year or current Master's degree in business administration or a comparable degree programme with a focus on finance (enrolment required)
- Great interest in capital market topics
- Very good German and English
- High affinity for digitalisation, social media communication and financial figures
- Fit on the PC, in MS Office and on the web
- Very independent, well-structured and reliable
- Analytical and conceptual skills
- Ability to work in a team and social skills
