Intern (m/f/x) Global ESG & GoGreen programs - AV270412

Lead preparation, speaker alignment and technical set-up of bi-monthly global GoGreen Community Call (~100 participants) including the identification of best practices to inspire the business
Deliver the ESG & GoGreen Communications Plan and supporting the rollout of GoGreen communications across various disciplines and channels, including creation of promotional assets and content creation for key initiatives
Prepare and share posts and promotional materials (e.g. GIFs, posters) on GoGreen & ESG for internal social media channels (e.g. Teams, Smart Connect, Viva Engage) to drive awareness and community building
Implement updates on internal Sustainability collaboration platforms and knowledge hubs (SharePoint-based, WordPress) ensuring pleasant and intuitive user experience boosting your visual design skills
Lead global World Environment Day by creating promotional toolkit and engagement activities for site-based activation to drive recognition of the importance of sustainability
Support preparation of events & leadership meetings, e.g. team meetings, internal conferences or awareness days, e.g. World Environment Day
Dive deep into ESG data & reporting topics to derive insights and management recommendations

Passionate about Sustainability, interested in global experience / internationality
Outgoing, proactive, structured, attention to detail & creative
Fluent and comfortable in English, excited about an international environment
Equipped with previous practical experience (e.g. internship, working student, trainee rotations) as this is a global role with a senior stakeholder environment
Good skills in PowerPoint & visual design; knowledge of (video) editing / visual design tools is considered a plus
Must be currently studying for a bachelors or masters degree at an eligible university
