Intern (m/f/d) Product Management Export Goods Shipping for Business Customers

WE HAVE THE SCOPE FOR DESIGNERS.

We are responsible for all products and solutions for the worldwide dispatch of documents and goods from Germany (export) as well as letter and parcel products for cross-border dispatch from European source markets outside Germany (cross-border). We utilise our strong starting position to continuously improve our products, develop new scalable solutions and thus sustainably improve customer satisfaction. In the Product Management Export Goods Shipping department, our aim is to continuously develop our products and solutions in line with market and customer requirements. We also work together with the sales department to provide our export business customers with the best possible information about our products and service portfolio and keep them up to date with new developments in the international parcel business. We offer our customers easy-to-use products and solutions that we are constantly improving.

Your tasks


  • Support in the Product Management Export Goods Shipping department for business customers
  • Participation in the planning and implementation of product expansions and cross-team projects
  • Participation in the planning of marketing campaigns
  • Creating and updating product presentations
  • Maintaining product information for internal communication
  • Support in day-to-day business

Anforderungen

Your profile

  • Compulsory internship/voluntary internship in the Bachelor's degree, gap year or current Master's degree (business administration or comparable degree programme)
  • Business fluent in German and English
  • Very good MS Office skills (especially Excel and PowerPoint)
  • Communicative team player with a lot of initiative and commitment
  • Initial project management experience desirable
